CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If for any reason a customer feels they are not completely satisfied with their order they must send an email to ImCrazyAboutMyHair@Gmail.Com that includes a brief description of their issue, their full name, contact information, and order number given to them after checkout (if applicable).

  1. All orders must be canceled within 24 hours after placing their order to avoid additional fees. If an order has already been processed, and the buyer has received a confirmation email for the processing order and shipment, a twenty-five dollar ($25) cancellation fee will apply.

  2. Once the customer has been confirmed for a refund, they must place all UNUSED products back in the packaging box and use the return label placed inside during shipping.

  3. Once the returned item(s) have been received a full refund will be issued. Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for all refunds to be processed.

The Hair Maniac, ATL offers a money back guarantee if customers are not satisfied with their order. However, some orders may NOT be refunded for cash value. A store credit, gift card, and/or exchange may be issued in its place. All Wholesale Orders, Hair Maniac Healthy Hair Growth Product, and some hair accessory orders are FINAL!

  • Exchanges: Proper exchange for equal or lesser value may be permitted after purchase. Any remaining balances must be paid in full within FIVE (5) business days from the day the exchange process begins or the exchange will be canceled. NO FURTHER REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED!

CONSUMER SHIPPING & DELIVERY AGREEMENT

Currently, The Hair Maniac, ATL ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Hair Maniac ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website is pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All shipping is standard shipping through USPS in local areas. Please allow two (2) to three (3) business days before shipment is processed, and five (5) to seven (7) business days for bundles to arrive after shipment confirmation. *Local pop-up shop orders are prepaid pre-orders, and ship the same day when placed any business day before 5pm, and any time before 2pm on Saturday.

 

Information on this website, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. The Hair Maniac reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion including, without limitation, if The Hair Maniac believes a customer(s) have violated applicable law or is harmful to the interest of The Hair Maniac.

  • Local Deliveries: Local deliveries are only available to the postal code options shown at checkout after you've selected "Local Delivery" as your shipping option at this time.

We take our customers privacy seriously. ALL information (name, address, card information, etc.) is used strictly on The Hair Maniac website ONLY! NO THIRD-PARTY SITES OR ENGINES will collect any data and/or information used on our web page. No information entered is saved on our website. Payment and personal information collected through any partner third-party companies, such as PayPal and Affirm is not saved and/or collected. All payments are securely made.

Why was I prompted for a down payment?

Will I see how much interest I am paying prior to accepting my loan?

How do I make my payments?

  • Before each payment is due, Affirm sends you an email or SMS reminder with the installment amount that is coming due and the due date. You have the option to sign up for autopay, so you don't risk missing a payment.

    • Follow these steps to make a payment:

2. Enter your mobile phone number. Affirm sends a personalized security PIN to your phone.


3. Enter this security PIN into the form on the next page and click Sign in.


4. After you sign in, a list of your loans appears, with payments that are coming due. Click the loan payment you would like to make.

5. Make a payment using a debit card or ACH bank transfer.

 

If I return an item, how do refunds work?

  • A refund posts to your Affirm account if we process your refund request. In the event that we issue you store credit instead of a refund, you are still responsible for paying off your Affirm loan.

  • If you have already made loan payments or a down payment, Affirm issues a refund credit to the bank account or debit card that you used to make the payments. 

NOTE: Paid interest is not refunded

How long does it take to get my money back in the event of a return?

  • A refund credit appears in your account within three to ten business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
